The Lower Price Sensitivity of the Consumer
The refining industry has contracted significantly, but it's also incredibly more efficient than it ever was. Refineries are still running pretty flat out. We will see a short term spike in gasoline prices,. But I do see consumers are seem to be less, less reactive to the price at the pump.
