Boda Boda drivers are mostly young men between the ages of say, 18 to early 30s. They don't actually have any sort of driver's license and drive fairly rashly. So there has been enough reason for them to be seen as a bit scary to have on Kenya streets unchecked. Asanya: But nevertheless, they are a reflection and a direction of the way Kenya is going.
