The Housing Market Is Hot Again
Houses are still unaffordable in certain markets. And if you can buy a piece of land let's say in a decent area it's like thirty five thousand dollars for how many acres can i buy in just a random one? So there's the affordability of it but then on the flip side okay now i'm somebody just has expendable income. I'm getting ready to retire and i want to buy that ten acres maybe i'm gonna spend eighty thousand dollars but that's nothing to me. Then i'm finally build my dream home again and that's still a lot better pricing than if i bought something and i can have exactly what i want.
