Kim Vennell: What are the downsides of chat GPT that you foresee? There are people really worried though about the Skynet situation. He says there is a risk that these systems will become too difficult to contain, or will kind of be weaponized by hostile actors. The global north will see more of the benefit of these systems, but the global south will pay more of the price, he adds.
