The CBA's Social Media Policy

Chad Slimon was a member of the union that he says fired him for his social media posts. He went by Jad X and did not use his last name, but there was no mention of being a WHY employee. There's another relevant part from the collective bargaining agreement saying that employees agree to remove posts if their bosses thought they could quote, create legal or reputational risks.
