Did the prisoner exchange between Brittany Griner and Viktor Boot, do you think that didn't not set a precedent because prisoner exchanges have been done before? But did that perhaps send a signal to Moscow that detaining US citizens was a useful enterprise for Vladimir Putin who is increasingly becoming on the back foot? I mean, I fear that once you start making an exchange and the US government has done a huge pressure to get Griner released. Do you pay terrorist ransom money? There are many obvious areas where this issue crops up. We're in a period now of confrontation with Russia. We're fighting a proxy war with Russia. It's such a loaded word now these days. We need it.
