i think in a lot of healthy organizations, they recognize that differing opinions and debate are important. We've seen that in many organizations where they they will call out the fact that we can agree to disagree,. But let's all come to agreement and then move on once that debate has been heard. I always like the quote to thati came across recently called buk, be curious, not judgmental. And i think that goes into that philosophy of just really trying to ferret out everybody's viewpoint and make it safe for them to share that so that ou as a team can then move on.
