In received pronunciation it's owl or owl. But with a London accent it's like owl. I don't even know if I can say it the other way. It's weird. So every time you say, oh, what's you- Oh, it's mysterious. They're like in their brains, they're like, what? Like an owl? Oh, like a hoot-hoot-Hoot- Hoot! Luke: "I thought I would pronounce that luxe L-U-X-E but in French it's Luke's"
