You Don't Have to Write a Symposia Paper, or Shouldn't?
The question is whether some laws are so open ended that they are defacto grants of legislative power, even though they perport not to be. I'm currently most sympathetic to just i scalia's old position, which is, yes, there is a line, but it's probably impossible for the gdiciary to draw it, so it's effectively nonjusticiable. And as i i've started looking at the history, sim going to probably have to write something about these various historical debates of the non deleation doctrine. You don't have to. No one's ging to make you up.
