There are two books that were really helpful for me for each of these. One by Steve Blank, you mentioned Four Steps to the Epiphany, I think is a really good book for that. Then on customer interviews, if people are looking for a good book, at least in my opinion, there's a book called The Mom Test,. It's basically going to your mother and asking her, do you like my idea for a startup?
