The Counter Insurgency State

The counter insurgency state presents a hypertrophy of the executive power through its ver ous organs. It is not, however, a future that characterizes it with respect to the modern capitalist state. This distinction must be sought in the existence of two central decision making branches within the executive power. If from the point of view of the classic bourgeois doctrine, they are body of the state, they now become its head. The latter go thus beyond the kudeta and proceed to the implementation of the military dictatorship.
