The Brass Tax on Vulnerability Research, Right?

Before the memo, it was not unheard of for people to report serious vulnerabilities to the federal government. There has been a multi year effort to change the norms around that and create these, these open doors. The medical device industry comes to mind over the year ears as a place where i'd recommend they do it.
