"I'm criminalized in this mental health facility that I'm at right now where I can't even bring a guest into my room," she says. "It's not really an option for many people. Everything takes money and when's the last time the poverty limits have been? The cost of milk keeps going up." 'Survival mode is not meant to be long-term, it's meant to save your life short time of need,' he adds. "'You do harm to yourself. You do harm to others.
