Rights of Nature in the US

Few non native communities have also tried to work rights of nature into their laws. The state of ohio passed a presemptive ban on any rights of nature laws. In pennsylvania, some townships have moved to adopt rights of nature in ther government charters. So is there any distinction that congress draw between corporations and natural human beings for purposes of campaign finance?
