Do I Need a Branch Chain Amino Acid Supplement Right Before Bed?

Some literature suggests that a huge influx of branch chain amino acids right before bed could lead to some disruption regarding the quantity or the quality of sleep. A mid sixties can look very different for different people. There are people in their mid sixties who are still in excellent shape, and there are people with one and a half feet in the grave. It's not something that's bothered me personally in the past, but it is a a suggestion that i'm at least aware of and worth considering.
