Oregon on started off as an initiative within Merck, and it became an independently public listed company in June 2021. The first workshop or meeting in person meeting that we had as an intact leadership team was a two day workshop on the employee value proposition and culture. We spent two whole days debating and prioritizing the kind of values that we wanted to hold our teams accountable to. And that's what's ultimately become the values of Oregon.
