I don't think that you would see the Russian military collapse in a slow way. I feel like there's a collapse point. One of those possibilities is that they don't have enough ammo, because it could be a psychological change. So what this is suggesting is that the Ukrainians have either degraded the resupply lines or the ammo depots.
