Is Martin a High Potential?

I know that there's been some concern expressed by people that says if you ask the wrong question, you're going to get feedback that's not very useful. I think when it comes to people based questions, it's even more important to understand the impact that the question you have and has on the system in which you ask it. And a good example for a good framework to use around that is game theory.
