The Death of Twitter
Twitter is trying to get people to browse your platform to look at ads so you can sell ads. If that business is collapsing as it has been for months on Elon Musk this does not make a lot of sense as a decision. I think it's pretty safe to assume that he got forced into this and then just like pasted an explanation on it. Did you notice a difference on the service while this was happening? No. It's overwhelmingly what you see makes the service really hard to read.
