I feel like if you do it right and you sell enough, there was one point when I lived there that I had 98% of the signs in the yard. And then you could have every sign in the yard though. That's the long game. You do a good job for the people that you're doing those listings and then they see you at the Easter egg hunt. It takes so much effort and it doesn't pay off for years, not months, not weeks, like years, like two or three years.
