And i thin actuly mindfulness, and mindfulness really prepares us quite well for curiosity an developing that is never going to be a hindrance to performance. That's amazing. But f you're very attached to outcomes and that your drive is all about the outcome, then i think you're probably missing some performance data that can really help you to develop. So it's kind of a switch from achievement to masteryer maintenance.
