Fox News' $800 Million Lawsuit Against Newsmax
CNN's John Avlon says he thinks Fox News is thinking about getting the best deal for its interests out of this case. He said they were prepared to go to trial and have a bunch of other defamation suits that are already in progress against other people over the same election lie.
