i think everyone could see themselves in the past couple of years. And then we we adapted, and then we found a new normal. Right at that moment we realized where we wouldn't go back. I now, for example, work completely remotely. It's not like remote work was invented three years ago. But it was always an idea that was around, but we didn't take it seriously. We have to rita, you you talk a lot about how your brain is is a filtering mechanism. Some of the best ideas were the ones that we left outside.

What is your ‘wouldn’t go back moment’, and how do you reach it?

Change is not optional. It happens whether you want it to or not. But the good news is your brain is meant to change, which means your life is meant to change.
