The Importance of Narrative Data in Problem-Solving
Greg Handley: One of the things that you had in your problem-solving model here is suggestion for clinicians to rely more on descriptive or narrative data. I would like you to maybe either disabuse me, from that notion or more generally elaborate on what you mean by that. What do you mean by narrative data? More specifically, there's probably a number of ways people can interpret that. Greg Handley: But as I'm sure he would say, if he were here, it's very vital we start off with qualitative data and implement programs based upon that.
