If an individual is eating greater than 140 grams of carbohydrates, that he will see triglycerides elevated. One of the other things that I also see is those that are eating a higher protein diet. cortisol seems to run a little bit higher. And I don't actually think that that's a negative. I think it's the body regulating glucose. It's just contributing to glucose regulation. So those are really the big things that I see. Those are the ones for sure that I see as an interface with protein,. Whether it's saturated fat and if someone is a hyper responder or something else.
