Is There a Way to Onboard People?
Adrian: It's taken four years to get settled. That sounds kind of extraordinary because like four years is long, but a lot of companies exist for. Having said that, if you have a company where it's that hard to onboard people, I think that's probably one of the other problems. The first one is probably to do with documentation in that it probably doesn't exist. And we have a notion wiki has just vast quantities of documentation. Adrian: I really like writing documentation. I used to set up wikis in my spare time and the game FAQs. So I think it's a superpower if you're able to write down good documentation"
