Every institution that does this kind of research has to have an i r b committee. They review your proposed research, and then they have to approve it. And from from what i have heard, which is quite limited, the i r b processes not exactly efficient,. Or not? Exactly reasonables. Incredibly painful. It's part of what i guess some people would call safetyism. Like we have, i we have en rampant safetyism in society now.
