After six years of running our hybeclient service solution, it was time to migrate our entire oration. It would be the biggest infrstructure project in spotifis history. I remember like, ordering millions and millions of do ob servers as we were doing the migration because we had to have this overlap. The question isn't if you can do it better, it is if you should do it better. As a company, your biggest cost isn't actually going to be the direct cost of the thing you would buy. Your biggest cost is what you would have been able to do with all those smart people if they didn't have to build this thing instead.
