I would shut down the government bureaucracy, all of it. I would just simply shut down all the ministries. There's no more ministry of agriculture. Agriculture, a complete separation of state and agriculture. If I could go back on a gold standard, I'd do that. Might be a bit tricky because the IMF doesn't like you to go on a goldstandard. But I'd have it done in a way where it just simply clears payments between banks nationally and internationally. And so you kill inflation, you kill taxation and then just do nothing. It's a really very simple plan.
