Sleep Is So Important

sleep is so involved in even the cosmetic stuff, like trying to look jacked in tan, like sleep a sleep iss everywhere. Saratonin puts you down. Malatonin keeps you down. Melitonin is what's going to keep you asleep. Not not being on your phone before bed because that does suppress melitoni. Being overly excited and watching ufc right before bed. You can't really expect to have a cosy night's sleep if you dislodge a bunch of codes. Sing. I never think it's a bad idea either to enter that pari sympathetic state. Some box breathing is really beneficial to me.
