At expedia, i was tasked with starting a corporate version of expediet that corporations would use to book their travel. Instead of going after the biggest companies in the inte market, you don't tink about your eccentras or fords. We actually decided to focus on a very specific set of the market. And it turns out we're able to really grow the business by just focusing on just a third of the Market. I think that's really powerful. But really, you know, most companies really struggle because they try to be every everything to everybody.
