The Role of Leg Extensions in Volume Analysis
There's a lot of studies on that. We do have a total of nine that, like you said, I think the other six use untrained individuals. The issue there obviously is that when we're doing leg presses or squats, the rec femoris isn't working. So therefore, there's no pointing really, including those in our volume analysis. But this is what we're getting from the volumeizing leg extensions, which is perfectly fine.
