Is Butter Good for Cardiovascular Disease?

Beef is about 50% mono unsaturated fat. There's a very small proportion of polyunsaturated fats in beef. Among the saturated fatty acids in beef, depending on what the cows fed, you might get a higher or lower proportion of steric acid. But butter is at the end, butter is probably a bad idea as far as cardiovascular disease risk is concerned. It really raises LDL cholesterol, the composition is not that great. And butyrate and butyrate get all your beer from butter. Just eat sticks of butter. Yeah.
