i think if you look at the problem analytically, like i think the biggest, the biggest thing you can do is look at a country like israel. And so what's interesting about israel is that they've actually got it way worse. I think athik, like the jordan river, has like 500 cubic feet of second of water running through ito - where some of the rivers in california have like orders of magnitude more water flowing through. There's a lot of techniques that they need to flush out and laws and regulations on who gets to use this water, how it's used.
