How to Make a Good Morning Routine
RufusUnless you're in bed, it's really helpful to then make your bed. I have taken up the practice of free writing after reading your book. It took me a while to warm up to this act but there is a kind of serenity about it. And very often getting some real interesting revelations that emerge. If we have caffeine too early, it's like pressing our foot on the gas pedal and accelerating too fast. We can ride the wave by combining the natural rise of serotonin with the ingestion of caffeine.
