I would agree that we perhaps don't disagree so much on problems with the traditional labor movement. The trumpest right is trying to resurrect this producers nestalgia for a reactionary, white fordist, family wage labor movement of the cold war era. And but who are we talking about us here when we're talking about the american working class? Talking ot amazon, starbucks, teachers, nurses. These are work places that are disproportionately women, people of color, immigrants and it's a multi racial working class. So that's the reason why i was emphasizing the importance of strengthening it.
