The Importance of Being a Leader

I think learning how to work with people is very, very hard. It's interesting that the first two words that come to mind are an absolute like insane sense of empathy, which is required. You have to get rid of superstitions. And when you have most employees are not like that, at least the ones that are not in leadership positions. So this contributes to the issue because they don't know how to tell other people how to do it. They just go and do it.
