Transparency and the Mythologies of Story Telling
Our values can be a powerful driver of story telling that obscures the truth. I'm as guilty as anyone. I'm seduced by my own stories. That's why i think the mythologies are useful. They're useful because, in some sense, while privately hold on to many theories, i think we are now in a place where people are able to challenge you and say, do you have any evidence for it? Sim: "I don't know that we'll ever be not seduced by stories"
