I think that about the second piece, a to compensate for money pushing us towards the more quantitative perception of reality. I don't like the idea of a government religion. That's a really bad idea. We need butt. We need social institutions in which people are engaging in religious, spiritual, cultural transformation and then we would need something like the state to properly adjudicate in the grey zone between these two.
