Bongazo and Fogle talk about what has happened to anti-corruption in Brazil over the past decade. Bongazo: This election is to a certain extent a plebiscite on democracy, because we know where a second bulletin out of term would likely lead at the very best of circumstances. But that I think at least is the way that I tend to see it. We're going to get into that longer history as we go through this, because there's quite an interesting history to it.
