What Product Managers Really Need?

A product manager, at the end of the day, just needs extreme ownership and a mind set that tey're going to figure it out. There was no product school when i started. Everything was, how on earth do i even start? And just data points. That's exactly what product requires you to do. You're dumped into a situation where you've no idea what's going on, and somebody says, you own this,. And you go, great, i own this. And you have to figure it out... So.
