How to Choose the Correct Calcium Levels
In soil science, if you do not have proper calcium levels in the soil, then the other minerals are not going to be taken up. The right kind of calcium can shift the pH or the electrical resistance of the body in a more favorable zone. In that zone, the body is going to efficiently pick it up exactly as much in what it needs with very much less input from the outside.
