The Movement for Black Lives Is an Important Channel

The panthers remain important for inspiring a younger generation of activists. They often look at the panthers through asata, through a queer feminist lens. I think it's a larger question right now how we knit together moment movements that are able to embrace marxism and real anti capitalist struggle. Some of the challenges of the movement for black lives reflects this.
