We need to take enough rest that allows us to achieve a moderate rep range, but we don't want to rest so long now that the muscle is no longer fatigued and it takes more time to get that muscle back to fatigue state. So I know there's some debate here, but are there diminished returns after you hit a certain number of reps? You can probably go higher and reps on your legs because you're using your legs all day long if you're moving versus maybeyour shoulders.
