Clock's Failure to Sign a Midfielder

I think it was just what was needed, really. Like you said, the young signed midfielder the last two summers now. But I think levels should not have to spend $140 million on the field of this summer. The reason they're doing so is because they're always there. And if they hadn't had all those injuries at the same time, then they would have got away with it probably wouldn't have seen all the problems that we saw. You know, we can't really afford for that to happen again.
