Public Education in the Early American Era
The founders and the framers didn't believe in public education, qua public they had a little red schoolhouse at most. Most of them, particularly, you know, four o five first american presidents all came from the virginia planters. The idea of public education doesn't come along and get weaponized until you get guys like john dewey the university of chicago. Public education will be public statused indoctrination 100 times out of 100, if you'l let the government do it, right? Right?
