Yoga Changes Heart Rage Variability
Dr Red says yoga is a way of measuring the integrity of your reptilian brain. The calmer people are, an the more mindful people are, the higher their hartradge variability has been found to be. Yoga also fits very well with the increasing recognition that tramatis people cut off their relationship to their bodies. Do you also have a yoga practice? I do not enough. But i try to start every day with a yorger practice. And again, how you could do maybe martial arts or tigong - something that engages your body in a very mindful and purposeful way.
