Boring is a great time to welcome your new members in with a call. You can offer a 15 minute call that helps activate members into the most important activities inside of your programme. A second way to leverage these calls is during your reactivation process. If somebody requests to cancel or request a refund, why not offer them support right then and there? Chances are if they're requesting a refind, they still have access to your programme. And so you may have an opportunity to drive them back to a certain or lesson in your programme that's perfect for overcoming their challenge.
