Nicole's First Real Estate Transaction

Nicole: I had significant losses in my first three real estate transactions. She bought a condo for $60,000 during the financial crisis and it was literally free. Nicole: 19 years old was way too early for me to buy my first piece of real estate because I didn't know a lot of different things about the game. "When you don't go know the game, everybody's like, what is wrong with this guy?" she says.
