I think that you should behave in accordance with whatever view of the world you actually accept as likely to be true. Behaving as if you're not a Boltzmann brain for practical reasons, but not theoretically accepting it. I can't imagine a principle justification for doing that. You might be in trouble if we lived in a world where there was no better theory,. There was no way to assume that we're not Boltzmann brains and get a coherent picture of the world. If that's the cosmological scenario, you accept.
